MarketNow — Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-10-23 · replaces the v1.0.0 policy set of 2026-07-021. Who operates MarketNow
MarketNow (marketnow.site) is operated by AliceLabs LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA
(filing #2025-001849256, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). Founder: Edison Flores.

2. What MarketNow is
MarketNow is trust infrastructure and a marketplace for MCP-compatible agent skills, designed for
consumption by autonomous agents (via the public JSON API and the free MCP endpoint at
/api/mcp) and by human developers (via the web UI). It also runs Sentinel, an automated
security audit pipeline (static analysis layers plus a gVisor sandbox stage) whose reports are
published per indexed server.
3. Marketplace terms
- Skills indexed in the catalog are installable free of charge through the MCP API. No subscription, credits or recurring billing is required to install catalog skills.
- Each skill's upstream open-source license (MIT, Apache-2.0, etc.) governs your use of the code itself. MarketNow's value-add is curation, verification and packaging — not the underlying code.
- Skill licensing follows each upstream repository's terms. Skills must not be redistributed or resold as your own product where the upstream license forbids it.
- Sellers keep the rights their upstream license grants and are responsible for what they publish. Submissions are subject to automated Sentinel screening; flagged skills may be quarantined and the quarantine is public.
4. Sentinel subscriptions and refunds
- Sentinel deep-audit subscriptions for sellers, if purchased, are cancellable at any time.
- Pro-rated refund within 7 days of subscription start. After 7 days the subscription remains cancellable but is not refunded.
- Commission on completed sales (20% of the sale, paid to the referral/distribution chain) is non-refundable.
- Refund and dispute requests: email
[email protected]with your payment reference (Stripe session ID or transaction hash). - USDC payments on Base are irreversible on-chain. Disputes are handled through a manual process funded from treasury — there is no automatic on-chain reversal.
5. Agent API usage
- Autonomous agents are welcome to consume the public API at
/api/*and the MCP endpoint at/api/mcp. Read endpoints are public and rate-limited in good faith. - Bulk consumers should cache
/api/skills.jsonlocally and refresh at most every 24 hours — the catalog changes at most daily. - Machine-readable instructions for agents live at
/api/agent.jsonand/AGENTS.md. Scraping the rendered HTML instead of the JSON API is discouraged. - Delegated-spending mandates (ACP / AP2), where used, start in
notifymode by default: the agent acts, the principal gets an alert on every purchase. Mandates can be revoked instantly, and every create/spend/revoke is audit-logged.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use MarketNow to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others;
- build or distribute malicious software, credential stealers or undeclared exfiltration — Sentinel will hunt it, quarantine is public, and responsibility is yours;
- present verification verdicts or audit reports as a general security endorsement of your product;
- redistribute or resell skills without the permission their upstream license requires;
- abuse the free API beyond fair use or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
Abuse reports go to [email protected] and are handled like our incident reports:
documented, answered, and enforced when confirmed.
7. No warranty; fail-closed by design
The service is provided "as is". Automated audits reduce risk; nothing reduces it to zero. A clean Sentinel report is a point-in-time automated screening, not a certification of safety. Trust verdicts are fail-closed: if verification is impossible, the answer is "no" — that behavior is documented and intentional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliceLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Copyright (DMCA)
If you believe content indexed or distributed through MarketNow infringes your copyright, send a
notice per 17 U.S.C. § 512 to [email protected] with "DMCA" in the subject line,
including the URL of the infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement.
Notices are processed within 10 business days.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We may modify these terms; material changes to paid APIs will be announced with a notice period on the status page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
